These ancient Roman coin earrings feature two authentic bronze coins from the Constantinian dynasty, bearing symbols of memory, power and military strength.

 

DIVVS CONSTANTINVS I — c. AD 347–348
Roman bronze commemorative coin.

Obverse: Veiled bust of the deified Emperor Constantine the Great.
Reverse: Constantine standing, accompanied by the inscription VN-MR "VENERANDAE MEMORIAE"  “in venerated memory” honouring the legacy of the emperor after his death.

 

CONSTANTINIAN DYNASTY — c. AD 330–335
Roman bronze coin.

Obverse: Imperial portrait facing right.
Reverse: "GLORIA EXERCITVS"  “The Glory of the Army”, depicting two Roman soldiers standing on either side of a military standard.

Two fragments of the Roman Empire, created centuries ago as expressions of remembrance, authority and strength, now preserved and transformed into a contemporary jewel.
