We hope you will love your KIAIA piece. If, however, you wish to return an eligible item purchased online, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us of your return, the item must be sent back within the following 14 days.
​
Returned pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and documentation included.
​
Pierced earrings, bespoke, personalised, engraved, altered and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

DELIVERY

We offer secure and tracked delivery for all KIAIA purchases.
​
Each piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the case of bespoke and made-to-order pieces.

​Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
​
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
​
To request a return, please contact us at sales@kiaia.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
​The item must be shipped back to us within 4 days of receiving your RA number.
​
Returned pieces must be unused, unworn and in their original, unaltered condition, with all original packaging included.

RETURN SHIPPING
​
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as KIAIA cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not store credit card details and we do not share customer information with third parties, except where necessary to process your order or comply with legal obligations.
