The centerpiece of this ring is an authentic bronze drachm from the Hellenistic period, struck in honor of Alexander III of Macedon (Alexander the Great) one of history’s greatest conquerors and visionaries.

The coin is dated circa 323–280 BCE, following Alexander’s death, when his successors (the Diadochi) continued to mint coins bearing his name and image.

Obverse (Front):

Portrait of Alexander the Great, depicted as Heracles (Hercules) wearing the lion-skin headdress , symbol of courage, divine strength, and his connection to Zeus.

Reverse (Back):

The inscription “ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ” (ALEXANDROY) meaning “of Alexander.”

Depicts a Greek warship or galley (boat) a rare and significant design symbolizing Alexander’s naval conquests and expansion across the known world.

Each coin has aged with a unique patina that tells its own story, making every ring truly one of a kind.
